That’s no problem, Feel Good Frocks is happy to accept returns within 14 days from your order date excluding delivery charge, in accordance with the distance selling regulations.Just send your parcel back to us with receipt/ packing slip , and we will process your refund (less delivery charge) ASAP. For reasons of health and hygiene, we cannot offer refunds on pierced jewellery, underwear, face coverings, or any beauty products.

Items must be returned with all original tags still attached and in original packaging. We do not accept returned items with make up/tan stains, or items that have been worn, soiled, damaged, or smell of smoke or any other odour. If returned items do not pass all necessary checks, they will not be accepted, and you will need to arrange collection or pay delivery costs to get it returned to you.

A refund will only be guaranteed if the item is returned in perfect condition and within the time frames stated above, starting from the date on your delivery note. Any items received after this date can be sent back to the original delivery address but at your own cost.

Please indicate on your delivery note the reason for returning the item. You must return your delivery note with your item so we can trace your order and issue your refund.

Intentionally damaged items or items damaged through wear will not be treated as faulty.

The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility unless the item is faulty.

It's fine to try an item on like you would in a shop, but please don't actually wear it don't wear it too long. If an item is returned to ASOS in an unsuitable condition (worn, damaged, etc.) or outside of the returns timeframe, ASOS won't be able to give you a refund. The item may be sent back to you and you may be asked to cover the delivery costs.

Feel Good Frocks  will inspect all returns. All items must be returned unworn/unused and in the same condition as when they were received in order for us to issue a full refund. In addition to the original packaging, all tags and labels should be attached (e.g., shoes should be returned with the original shoe box).
